This blend is specifically crafted for Women in all stages of life. It is deeply nourishing, rich in vitamins and minerals, and helps to balance and support our hormones. 

Each of these herbs is sourced and grown in Southern Oregon. 

Each bag is 1.5 oz (42.5 grams)

Fill 2-3 teaspoons of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh strainer or basket and place in a favorite mug. Pour about 8 ounces of boiling water over tea and allow it to steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!

Nettle, Milky Oats, and Alfalfa are all highly nutrient dense plants that provide key vitamins and minerals, like iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium, zinc, and B vitamins, in a form that is bioavailable to our bodies. Milky Oats also highly supports burn out from stress and adrenal fatigue. These herbs also support healthy lactation.

Red Raspberry Leaf has astringent properties that help to restore tone to the uterine and pelvic diaphragm muscles. It is rich in magnesium, calcium, and iron. Raspberry leaf tea benefits include regulating irregular menstrual cycles, balancing blood sugar, reducing heavy periods, and easing cramps.  And in toning the uterus and fortifying the walls of the uterus, it also naturally promotes fertility!

 •Red Clover has been traditionally used among women to support fertility and reproductive health. It’s also well-known among many menopausal women as a means to support overall health and well-being. The mild estrogenic effect of red clover is thought to assist in fertility and create a more regular menstrual cycle. Red Clover also has a lot of other benefits in relation to reproductive health. Red clover contains an array of vitamins and minerals including vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, chromium, magnesium, thiamine, and niacin that are necessary for preparing the body for a healthy pregnancy. Prior to conception, these high levels of calcium and magnesium are thought to be part of the reason that menstrual cramps are reduced in women taking red clover.

•Dandelion Root is supportive of the liver in processing excess hormones, helps to relieve postpartum swelling, assists in proper digestion, and aids in healthy bowel movements. It is rich in vitamin K, iron, potassium, and zinc. 

Marshamallow Root has a high mucilage content, which covers your digestive tract with a protective lining. It can support your gut’s reaction to inflammation, which in turn can impact ulcers, diarrhea, and constipation. Further, marshmallow root can help restore the integrity of the tight junctions found in your gut wall. Marshmallow is considered galactagogue, which can aid in supporting healthy lactation.

Rosehips are high in vitamin C, which helps to boost the immune system, promotes wound healing, and enhances iron absorption in the body. 

Rose is sometimes referred to as the ‘lady’s tea’ because of its beneficial effects during a woman’s menstrual cycle. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, rose regulates Qi and reduces stagnation of the chest and liver. Removes blood stagnation.
